Our team coaching sessions can help teams reflect on their work and approach towards it. Reflective coaching sessions can help teams reduce burnout and compassion fatigue, support wellbeing and strengthen a sense of belonging and psychological safety at work.
Our approach:
We use powerful coaching techniques to help people think through the options they have and make the best decisions for them. We don’t give advice, judge people or tell them what to do. Every situation is unique and we believe change happens best when people sign up to and own the decisions they make, rather than having others tell them what to do.

Coaching through a conflict situation
Our mediator-coaches have a specific understanding of conflict and the challenges it brings. A coaching session can help you understand better what is going on for you, insights into what might be going on for others and what you can do to help resolve the situation.
It can give you breathing (or venting!) space to work through complex issues where tensions are running high. By thinking through your choices in a curated, expert space, you can have greater peace of mind, improve your resilience and move ahead with confidence.
